Tryant’s Directors have been selected for their demonstrated character and for their breadth of experience and depth of knowledge across many sectors. The diverse nature of the team's background ensures that a wide range of opportunities spanning a number of sectors can be thoroughly analyzed, appropriately structured and carefully processed.
We seek private company clients with solid historical financial results, increasing revenues and profitability, and a solid management team in place to navigate the public markets.
Tryant maintains offices in Salt Lake City, Utah and in San Diego County, California.

Jeff D. Jenson is the Managing Director of Tryant, LLC. Mr. Jenson has been a financial consultant to development stage businesses and public corporations for ten years. He was formerly President of Jenson Services, Inc., a Utah merger and acquisition corporation. Mr. Jenson is the founder of Vic's Nutritional Products, Inc., which owns interests in twenty retail locations in shopping malls throughout the US. Mr. Jenson graduated from Westminster College with degrees in aviation and business management. |

Daniel D. Drummond is a Director of Tryant, LLC. He has been involved in start-ups and business development for over seven years. Mr. Drummond was a founder and ultimately Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the Board of Ameranth Wireless, a developer of wireless handheld applications for the healthcare and hospitality industries, which he took through investments by Microsoft and Symbol Technologies. He graduated from West Point, where he later taught, and served in the Armed Forces for twenty years, retiring after serving as the Chief of Army Public Affairs in New York and as a senior public affairs officer in the Pentagon. Mr. Drummond was also a military affairs advisor to CBS News. |
