Demand for our reverse merger services is competitive. We have a minimum set of requirements that we expect of our private company clients, who wish to go public. We look for established companies with strong growth potential. We also expect the candidate company to have management in place that has experience in operating a public company.

The baseline financial figures are below:

• $10 million+ in trailing 12-month revenue.
• $2 million+ in shareholders’ equity.
• 2 years of audited financial statements.
• No debt.
• Positive cash flow anticipated within 6 months.

The process of finding the right public company for your situation begins with our learning more about your company. We require you to fill out a Private Company Profile, Due-Diligence Checklist, and Directors & Officers Questionnaire in addition to all the documentation, including business plan and financials, that must be provided as part of any competently transacted reverse merger. 

We will take the time to review the material that you have supplied to us and evaluate your company’s merits and then respond with a proposal. If Tryant considers your company to be strong candidate for a reverse merger, we will then begin completion of the following steps after the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI).
